01 — Problem

Charities often run accounting, donation receipts, beneficiaries, soup kitchens, warehouses, kurban, scholarships and staff in separate spreadsheets scattered across branches. No one can trace a donation from source to beneficiary.

02 — System

We built a single back-office product with branch-scoped permissions and modules that can be switched on per association. Bank movements are pulled automatically over SOAP; QR aid vouchers given to beneficiaries are scanned by partner merchants with a PWA on their phones and settled automatically.

03 — Architecture

The server-rendered Laravel app enforces branch scope through a global query constraint. Each customer install runs on its own database and configuration; GitHub Actions deploys a release to every install once tests pass.

   Accounting and banking

   Accounts, cash and bank, cheques and notes, budgets, invoices and current accounts; VakıfBank and Vakıf Katılım movement sync over SOAP and Excel statement import.

   Donations and receipts

   A donor CRM with notes, tags and follow-ups, donation purposes, funds and projects; receipt books with enforced numbering integrity.

3. 03

   Aid and QR vouchers

   Beneficiaries, household members, visits, aid plans and quotas; QR aid vouchers scanned at partner merchants through a PWA, with tariffs and settlements.

   Kitchen, warehouse and purchasing

   Meals, weekly menus, stock movements, counts, locations, transfers, suppliers and purchase orders.

   Kurban, scholarships and money boxes

   Shares, cutting days and meat delivery with a public kurban tracking page; scholarship programs and payments; money-box territories and collection runs.

6. 06

   Branch workflows and HR

   Multi-level approval workflows for branch requests, a document centre, staff, leave balances, advances, vehicles and asset fault tracking.

05 — Impact
